The students not only get to learn about the Philippines through travelling to different places but they also get to taste the most famous Filipino foods. They get to learn how to cook our very own "ADOBO" and "MANGO GRAHAM CAKE".

Philippine Adobo (from Spanish adobar: "marinade," "sauce" or "seasoning") is a popular dish and cooking process in Philippine cuisine that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic, which is browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade. It has sometimes been considered as the official national dish in the Philippines.

The sweetness of a home-grown Philippine mango is incomparable to any other, and the sourness of the green mango is something to crave for. Philippine Mangoes are exported to many countries around the world and are preferred by many for its one of a kind taste and soft flesh that almost melts in the mouth once eaten.

There are a lot of products that can be made from mangoes like: Mango Jam, Dried Mangoes (famous delicacies for gifts or pasalubong), Mango Ice Cream, Mango Cake, and more.

The Mango Graham Cake is a refrigerated, no-bake cake that is so easy to make that even kids could do it. It is a kind of Filipino dessert which can be prepared easily. Aside from it’s being easy to prepare it’s also a dessert that your whole family would love because the ingredients needed are not really expensive and it’s really satisfying.

Mango Graham Cake dessert is usually served during Christmas and New Year celebration. This can be done in two to three layers of filling depending on the size of the baking dish that you’re going to use. Mango Float can also be prepared this summer season or any occasions do you love to prepare it.
